Sculptural Needle Felting

“I use the unusual material of felted wool to create sculpture reminiscent of biological specimens:  a sampling of notable, mysterious objects collected and presented as items of wonder. My sculptural forms borrow from anatomy, blending and sampling from soft, weighty folds of flesh, clean-cut architecture of bone, complex systems of plant growth and the precise geometry of seed pods and cocoons.”
